Shipping policy

1. Order Processing

  • Order Confirmation: Upon placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This indicates that we've received your order and have pre-authorized your payment.
  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Processing times may vary depending on product availability and supplier schedules.
  • Backorders: If an item is on backorder or unavailable, we will notify you promptly and provide options, including waiting for restock or canceling the order.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer the following shipping options within the contiguous United States:

  • Curbside Delivery: Free of charge. Delivery to your driveway or curbside. Estimated delivery time: 5–7 business days after processing.
  • Threshold Delivery: Delivery to the first dry area of your home (e.g., garage or porch). Additional fees apply. Estimated delivery time: 5–10 business days after processing.
  • White Glove Delivery: Includes in-home delivery to the room of your choice, unpacking, and basic assembly. Packaging materials will be removed. Additional fees apply. Estimated delivery time: 7–14 business days after processing.

Note: Saunas and certain large items may not be eligible for White Glove Delivery. Please contact us for more details.

3. Shipping Restrictions

  • Service Area: Currently, we only ship to addresses within the contiguous United States. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or international destinations.
  • P.O. Boxes: We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a physical address for delivery.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. If you do not receive tracking details within 6 business days of your order, please contact us at assist@myrelaxinghome.com.

5. Delivery Issues

  • Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, please note the damage on the delivery receipt and refuse the shipment. Contact us immediately at assist@myrelaxinghome.com with photos of the damage.
  • Lost Packages: If you believe your package is lost, contact us as soon as possible. We will work with the carrier to locate your order. If the package cannot be found, we will arrange for a replacement or refund.
